Auction Format

a. The auction will be conducted in a traditional ascending format.
b. Bidding will start at $10,600 for the watch.
c. Bidders must increase the bid amount in increments of a minimum of $250.
d. Bidders will be notified by their registration email if they have been outbid.
e. There will be no notification of being outbid in the final 60 seconds of the auction.
f. The highest bidder at the end of the auction will be the winner.
g. The result of the auction is final. It is at SEIKO Australia’s discretion to resolve disputes in relation to the making of a bid.

Bidding Process

a. Bidders must be registered prior to participating in the auction.
b. To register, bidders must provide their full name and contact information.
c. By participating in the auction, bidders agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined here.
d. It is at SEIKO Australia’s discretion to accept or refuse a bid.

Bid Increments

a. Bids must be placed in minimum increments of $250.
b. Any bid not adhering to the specified increment will be considered invalid and void.

Auction Duration

a. The auction will commence on 3/07/2023 at 12:00pm AEST and conclude on 21/07/2023 at 12:00pm AEST.

Reserve Price

a. The watch reserve price is set at $10,600.
b. If the highest bid does not meet or exceed the reserve price, the watch will not be sold.

Payment Terms/Methods

a. The winning bidder will contacted at the auction's conclusion and given 24 hours to make payment.
b. Payment can be made via credit card.
c. In the event of payment not processing, SEIKO Australia reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the watch to the next highest bidder.

Shipping

a. The auction items can only be shipped to an Australian address.
b. Shipping costs will be covered by SEIKO Australia.
c. The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange an opportunity to custom measure the additional strap.

Liability

SEIKO Australia shall not be held liable for:
a. Lack of availability or access to the online auction platform;
b. Bidding issues resulting from technical difficulties;
c. Service interruptions or disruptions to the online auction platform;
d. Improper or unlawful use of the auctioneer’s website and/or online auction platform; and
e. Failure to implement and/or provide reasonable security of the online auction platform.
